Refund policy

Kamrah Holt Fine Art LLC covers returns and refunds for misprinted, damaged, or defective items, and for lost packages, with claims needing to be submitted within 30 days of receipt or estimated delivery.

For Purchases regarding all prints and items that are not an original Oil painting, returns due to buyers remorse will not be accepted at this time, exchanges for a different item are available upon request with an exchange fee between $5- $10 depending on the size of the item, please reach out to us at kamrahfineart@gmail.com to see if you qualify for an exchange. 

Refund policy regarding original oil paintings: We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at kamrahfineart@gmail.com If your return is accepted, you'll be responsible to ship the item back.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items for prints or prints returned due to change of mind. (However exchanges are possible with an exchange fee between $5- $10 depending on the size of the print.)  


Exchanges
If you change your mind, we are here for you, you will first need to ship back your item at your own expense and then an exchange fee of between $5 -$10 will be added. (Depending on the size of the item.)


Refunds for original oil paintings returned within 30 days of original receipt, returned in the same condition 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
